Legal Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Maple Voice governing your use of our mystery shopping platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Maple Voice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

Important: These terms affect your legal rights, including arbitration agreements and limitations of liability.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • You must not be located in a country subject to trade sanctions
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You must maintain the security of your account credentials

2. Platform Overview

Maple Voice is a mystery shopping platform that connects businesses with individuals ("Shoppers") who evaluate and provide feedback on products, services, and customer experiences.

Key Platform Features:
  • Job Listings: Businesses post mystery shopping opportunities with specific requirements and payment amounts
  • Job Applications: Shoppers browse and apply for available jobs
  • Admin Approval: Maple Voice administrators review and approve shopper applications
  • Job Assignment: Approved shoppers are assigned to specific jobs
  • Report Submission: Shoppers submit feedback, photos, and reports after completing assignments
  • Payment Processing: Payments are released upon successful job completion and approval

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Maple Voice, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Job Application and Assignment Process

The mystery shopping process involves several steps, each governed by specific terms:

4.1 Job Search and Application
  • Jobs are displayed based on location, availability, and your profile compatibility
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee assignment
  • You may apply for multiple jobs simultaneously
  • False or misleading applications may result in account termination
4.2 Admin Review and Approval
  • Administrators review applications based on:
    • Location proximity to job site
    • Previous job performance history
    • Profile completeness and verification status
    • Specific job requirements
  • Approval decisions are at the sole discretion of Maple Voice administrators
  • Approved applicants receive formal job assignments with specific instructions
4.3 Job Completion Requirements
  • Complete the assignment exactly as specified in job instructions
  • Submit all required documentation (reports, photos, receipts) within deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality about the mystery shopping assignment
  • Do not disclose your identity as a mystery shopper during the visit
  • Follow all applicable laws and business establishment rules
Important: Failure to complete assignments as specified may result in:
  • Non-payment for the assignment
  • Reduced priority for future job applications
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Clawback of already-issued payments

5. Payment Terms

Understanding how and when you get paid is crucial. Here are our payment terms:

5.1 Payment Amounts
  • Each job listing displays the specific payment amount for that assignment
  • Payment amounts vary based on:
    • Complexity of the assignment
    • Location and travel requirements
    • Time commitment
    • Client budget
  • Listed payment amounts are final and not negotiable
  • Taxes may be deducted as required by law
5.2 Payment Processing

5.3 Payment Methods
  • Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to your bank account (3-5 business days)
  • PayPal: Instant transfer to your PayPal account
  • UPI: Immediate transfer for Indian users
  • Other Methods: As may be offered from time to time
5.4 Payment Disputes
  • Disputes must be raised within 14 days of expected payment
  • Provide evidence of job completion and requirements met
  • Final resolution at Maple Voice's discretion
  • Repeated disputes may affect account standing
Payment Processing Fee: A nominal processing fee (typically 2-3%) may be deducted for certain payment methods. This will be clearly displayed before payment.

6. Location-Based Services

Many mystery shopping opportunities are location-dependent. By using Maple Voice, you agree to:

  • Location Sharing: Enable location services for accurate job matching
  • Location Verification: Allow verification that you visited the specified job location
  • Geofencing: Some jobs may require you to be physically present at specific coordinates
  • Travel Requirements: Travel to job locations at your own expense unless otherwise specified
  • Location Accuracy: Provide accurate location information in your profile
Location Fraud: Falsifying location data (e.g., using VPNs, GPS spoofing) to appear at job locations is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending payments.

7. Shopper Code of Conduct

As a Maple Voice shopper, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

  • Disclosing your identity as a shopper
  • Accepting bribes or influencing results
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Harassing business staff
  • Sharing confidential assignment details

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Platform Content

All content on Maple Voice, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and underlying code, is the property of Maple Voice or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Submissions
  • By submitting reports, photos, or feedback, you grant Maple Voice a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute such content
  • You retain ownership of your submissions but grant us broad usage rights for business purposes
  • You represent that you have all rights to any content you submit
  • We may anonymize and aggregate submitted data for analytics and reporting
8.3 Client Confidentiality
  • Assignment details provided by clients are confidential
  • Do not share client information or assignment specifics outside the platform
  • Business methodologies and evaluation criteria are proprietary

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Maple Voice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Actions of clients or businesses visited
    • Travel-related risks or expenses
    • Third-party payment processing issues
    • Platform downtime or technical errors
    • Loss of data or earnings
Disclaimer: Maple Voice provides the platform "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maple Voice, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your conduct during mystery shopping assignments
  • Any content you submit

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Maple Voice reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@maplevoice.in. We'll work in good faith to resolve issues within 30 days.

12.2 Binding Arbitration
  • Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration
  • Arbitration will be conducted in Faridabad, Haryana, India
  • Arbitration shall be confidential and conducted by a single arbitrator
  • Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise
12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

12.4 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

Maple Voice may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Material changes will be notified via:

  • Email to registered address
  • Platform notification
  • Website announcement

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the platform.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to reflect the original intent as closely as possible.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific job agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maple Voice regarding platform use, superseding any prior agreements.
